Condition: GOOD Condition HARD COVER. Written by Captain A.T. Mahan, published by Little, Brown & Company, Boston, 1925, stated 25th edition of the 1918 printing of the original 1890 text, 581pp. Former library book with all the usual stamps and stickers. The text is very clean and crisp with no noticeable marginal notes/underlines, no folds, no highlighting, no tears, no stains, no dog-ears. The text has very light age-tanning. The binding is tight and the spine is solid. No dust jacket, but I believe that one was never issued. The cover is dark navy-colored polished cloth boards with gilt lettering on the spine. The cover has minor shelf/edgewear including light scuffing and a gently bumped spine and corners. Excellent collectible hard cover copy. ISBN: None. LCCN: None.
