Wonderful Resource for Teaching Business Manners Today January 3, 2007 Gloria Jean Matzig (Aachen, Germany) 3 out of 3 found this review helpful
Using this guide has helped me to design the learning targets for a new business college course to teach business manners to young people who are just entering the business world. The book's contents cover everything from table setting to travelling for business purposes and has been an invaluable help to my course planning.
Very helpful business book December 5, 2005 A. Vawser (Idaho) 3 out of 5 found this review helpful
I have found this to be a very helpful book in how to deal with people in a business. Though there are a few things which I feel are not the right approach and are just the opinion of the author, I think many would do well to study this book and put it into practice.
Excellent overview January 2, 2001 9 out of 12 found this review helpful

Why not ? November 30, 2000 7 out of 9 found this review helpful
Useful skills help to stand in the business world. Follows the legible formats in Dummies series. An interesting reading material to dig in on weekends, with serious rules to practise in the real world. No longer a dummy if follows what the book says.
