This is a great book for the DIY professional who needs the right resume, right now. Chapter 4 has 18 case studies that explain the how and why, and show before and after. Louise's advice on cover letters is a nice addition to this book. This is a terrific place to turn when you need to understand why your resume isn't working for you.
