Is the perfect book for veterans and soldiers, it contains very useful information about services and how to get help from the many organizations that help veterans and their families.

I found this a very good guide that should be read by all current service personnel, reserve or active before they leave the service. To many service people miss out on programs that help while they are in the service. Take advantage of what is out there, you earned it.
