Good knife if found at right price. November 10, 2008

Pros:
-SOG has a history of selling their knives very sharp.
-Blade is a much better than its cousin the Pentagon Elite II.
-polymer handle makes this lighter than a full SS knife.
-AUS 8 is a good SS steel
-Archlock makes it easy to open one handed.
Cons:
-This one was not as smooth as the Pentagon I own. Nothing a little work can't fix.
-Usually overpriced
Overall this is a solid knife. If you need to carry around a larger folding knife, this knife comes oiled sharpened and ready out of the box. Its lighter than some of my other pocket knives and the blade is a improvement over the Pengagon elite II. If you leave near the ocean just remember AUS 8 can rust but isn't a rust magnet.
