4 out of 5 stars Like it, wish it was bigger and had a bigger drawer   August 14, 2008

definitely does what it says it will. Now if I could get my husband to put his keys, phone and wallet there instead of the kitchen counter, I'd be over the moon.

2 out of 5 stars Substandard Charger Valet   August 9, 2008

This valet cost more than I originally intended to spend, but it looked like it would be nice so I ordered it. When it arrived, the lid was not attached to the body, and there were 4 tiny screws lying loose in the bottom of the valet - undoubtedly the screws that should be attaching the lid to the base. Well, the screws were too small for the holes, or perhaps the holes were too big for the screws. In any case, I was unable to use the valet.

I attempted to contact the original shipper and after a week with no response, and the useless valet taking up space on my desk, I considered returning it for a replacement. In the end, I opted to go for less hassle and headed to the hardware store to buy some screws that were just slightly larger than those lying in the unit's base. The screw heads are a little too large to be fully seated in the hinge's screw holes, so the lid does not close completely.

I am able to use the valet but am really disappointed and realize now that I should have returned it for a replacement or refund. Hope you have better luck.

4 out of 5 stars Nice Cell Phone Charging Valet   July 27, 2008

Looks pretty elegant and is very functional, but the quality was a bit questionable (the hinges on the top cover came off right away, and the srews were missing).

2 out of 5 stars Just okay   July 18, 2008

It looks cheap. The screws that came with it to put the handle on were too short. I had to go and purchase longer screws to put the item together. Also, even though it has a power source for more than three items, there is not enough space to plug more than three items in to it. It serves its function, but doesn't impress me.
