Amazon.com Product Description For the ultimate in wireless freedom, look no further than the Plantronics Voyager 510 Bluetooth Headset, which represents a generational leap in Bluetooth headset technology. The 510 is comfortable and light enough for all day wear, and it offers unprecedented clarity and sound quality. These are great features, but the real revolution involves Plantronics' exclusive "Multipoint" technology, which allows the headset to function as a powerful communication solution for up to two Bluetooth devices. With Multipoint technology you can switch between your voice-enabled Bluetooth mobile phone, PDA or laptop. The headset's "smart" technology knows which device you are using and allows you to take calls from any device at the touch of a button. With the optional Plantronics Bluetooth Deskphone Adapter you can even switch between your office phone and your Bluetooth mobile phone. You'll never need to use a dedicated "landline" phone headset again. The 510 features a noise-canceling microphone for clearer conversations, and it folds for easy storage. The boom also swivels for perfect positioning on either ear. One-touch call control buttons are placed for easy access, and you can easily redial the last number dialed and initiate voice-activated calls from the headset. Because the 510 is Bluetooth-enabled (it supports the Bluetooth 1.2 specification) you can roam up to 33 feet from your Bluetooth device. Meanwhile, the 510 supports adaptive frequency hopping (AFH) which helps avoid interference from wi-fi networks. Ample talk time is provided by the built-in rechargeable battery; you'll get up to 6 hours talk time and up to 100 hours of standby time.

Great ear piece August 28, 2008 Jay B. (Napa, CA) People can finally hear everything I say when I'm driving in my car and talking "hands free" with a more than adequate bluetooth. Also, great price.
Great bluetooth option August 27, 2008 Stephen Byrd (Sunnyvale, CA) Since CA now requires the use of a handsfree device while driving (though not for texting, weirdly enough), my wife and I each needed one. We got two of these to work with our motorola razr phones and have definitely been pleased over the past two months. The one issue we've noticed so far is that the battery status indicator starts flashing red later then we'd like, particularly if it's been on standby for a while and then is actually put in use. Driving with the windows down does cause some background noise, but that's to be expected. We'd definitely get these again :)
One of best headsets I have used August 27, 2008 T. Isaf (Atlanta, Ga) Product is great. multipoint technology works well. There is a slight delay from when the phone actually answers to when the headset works.. this annoys alot of people i talk to. also, i get some complaints about people hearing me.. but overall i am very satisfied.
Excellent headset August 27, 2008 R. Shovlain I've been using this headset for about 2 weeks now and haven't had any problems with it yet. The volume is definitely loud enough to hear people on the other end, which is good since the another wired headset I have is much too soft. But it could almost use a slightly lower setting since when in a quiet room the lowest setting is slightly louder than I would prefer, but it is still a comfortable volume. People on the other end say that I sound fine and don't notice that I'm on a headset, but one person did say they noticed and I didn't sound as good. The headset hasn't had any problems connecting to my phone. The power button is a little hard to press, as others have mentioned. But as long as I turn it on before putting it on my ear, I have no problem. It takes a couple seconds to get it on my ear, so I've missed a couple calls since I couldn't get it on in time. Despite the little drawbacks, I think it is a great quality headset with excellent voice and sound quality, which is the reason I bought it.
not too good August 27, 2008 Amit Srivastava (MD USA) the headset fits well and is comfortable. But, when it comes to the sound quality, I did not find it too good. There is a lot of static on my side as well as on the other side. It can in no manner compare to the quality of directly speaking in to the phone or into the wired earphones/mic. Makes sense only if you are too busy to hold a phone in your hand and also find the wired options too clumsy.
