Product will damage your camera August 29, 2008 David Olpere (Michigan) 3 out of 3 found this review helpful
This product doesn't fit over the lens area properly. I have a Panasonic Lumix DMC-TZ4. The lens will not extend and it will damage the mechanism that extends and retracts the lens. DO NOT ORDER OR USE THIS PRODUCT. The ad is soooooooo misleading as to the type, make and model of camera that it will fit. I don't think any of the LUMIX cameras (and most others they claim it will fit) will work properly with this product and could result in damage to an expensive camera..
Does not fit my Panasonic TZ5 July 25, 2008 M. Anderson 13 out of 13 found this review helpful
The lens fixture on the housing will not accomadate the lens of my camera, keeping it from extending when I turn it on. It is just too small in diameter for the TZ5 lens. Also there is a visible distortion in the center of the polycarbonate lens. I don't know if this would affect the photos since I could not use my camera in the case.
