Great product... only reason I gave it 4 stars is because it doesn't have a built-in mute button or a volume control. Otherwise, nobody knows I'm on a headset and I get to work hands free. I recommend this product.

I bought two of these thinking one would work. Both would allow excellent reception, but NO ONE could hear me clearly on either set. I tried both of them on my cell phone and home phone. Didn't matter. NO ONE COULD HEAR ME WELL ENOUGH TO HAVE A CONVERSATION. Don't buy these. Really don't do it.

Our phones are working great but am not sure whether it's because we (1)recently included phone service as part of ATT Uverse or (2)installed these headphones, or both. Anyway, no one complains they can't hear us anymore. They fit well and were priced right.
