I've owned this for about 2 months now. I have great reception, easy to use, good size, and an over all really good phone. I sometimes have calls drop when I'm speaking to my daughter in North Carolina, but I don't think it's due to my phone (hers is an LG PLUM and is notorious for dropping calls). I wish I could put a bit more info (mailing addresses and such) into the address book, but that's about the only negative thing I can say about it.
