We got these curtains to help my kids sleep in longer and go to bed earlier in our new house. One of their rooms faces east and one faces west, so they get early morning light and late night light respectively that blinds did not stop. One child couldn't fall asleep until 1-2 hours after we put him to bed, and the other got up 1-2 hours earlier than we were used to in our old house. These curtains alleviated the problem so the kids both sleep from 8pm to 8am. Definitely a wonderful purchase, that was more than worth the money in better sleep for the whole family.
