The Omni-Bounce is easy to use and goes onto and off of your flash in seconds with custom fitting, except UNI, and No Velcro. This is a wonderful item!
I talk photos for newspaper's sports section most of the time but this is amazing. Especially, in-door sports and poor lighting, this is the item for talking photo.
You can choose, vertical and horizone degree of strobo. I love this.
I took portraits with this item as well, it works so good.
This is worthwhile to have it!

This accessory does what it claims and you can't go wrong with it as just about every photographer with a high end flash seems to have one! I bought this specifically to use taking indoor photos when I have just a main flash. This simply slips over the flash and expands the light to fill the room. The result is no harsh shadows around your subject giving you very nice well lit picture (for using one light source).
