A down body pillow is an investment to protect, and this pillow cover does the trick at keeping off sweat and body oils. Measuring 20 by 54 inches, the lightweight cover is made of 100-percent cotton in a tightly woven 200-thread count. A very slight nap adds softness. A white zipper runs across one of the narrow ends, adding contrast to the cover if it's in one of the available non-white colors.  Not a pillow cover - it's a pillow protector August 19, 2008

Although the item description states "body pillow cover" - the actual product received says "pillow protector" - well to me a pillow protector goes underneath a pillow cover, and also the label is on the outside, not on the inside - which means it really should have a pillow cover (pillowcase) over it. Also, although the shipping was "on time" based on free standard shipping, I felt one month from order date to delivery is a little excessive. Probably the slowest item I have ever bought from Amazon.

The cover for the body pillow is both comfortable and clean in its design. The dark color ( navy blue ) goes with everything and the material is both soft and comfortable...great buy!

I'm not too picky with pillowcases, so this one was just fine. Wish it was a little softer, but I did know it was only 200-thread count when I bought it.

Mine just arrived and the fabric used is actually abrasive to skin.
I'm going to wash it a few times with lots of fabric softener and if that doesn't help it goes in the trash.
