This is a very supportive cushion. It is comfortable to use in the house
or car. I seldom travel without it. It is firm and keeps its shape after many months of use. Highly recommended.
back pain reliever October 26, 2007

This is a wonderful product for those who suffer from back-related pain. My leg was going numb, and I would be in severe pain after driving or working on my computer. I tried the Tush-Cush first on my computer chair - where it remains. Next I bought an additional one for the hour+ daily commute. After seeing what a big difference it made, I bought an extra firm one for my husband, who drives commercial truck for a living. He always uses it when he drives and says it has made a noticeable difference in his back and leg pain. These are well made by the well known Tush Cush company (I bought their saddle cushions for horseback riding years ago) and at $32 plus shipping, a pretty cheap price for pain relief. Might not work for everyone, but I am extremely pleased with MY pain relief and I feel strongly enough that this product works that I sent my mother one. Highly recommended.

I broke my tailbone 2 yrs ago and still suffer from pain from that as well as low back pain. This cushion has been GREAT! I sit for long periods of time due to work and this has been great at helping to relieve the pressure from the tailbone area.

I was surprised how effectively this releived my back pain. The
change in posture induced by the sloped shape was effective within
a few days and continues to be a month later. If it was 15% larger
i'd give it 5 stars.

Works very well compared to just another cushion like a pillow. The smaller size car cush is fine for my size and I do use it in the car regularly as well as at home. I like it!
