The Zafu is the traditional round pleated cushion used by meditators all over the world. These cushions are made of high-quality materials and designed to last for many years. Available in several colors, the zafu can be filled with either kapok (a dense cotton-like material) or buckwheat hulls. The kapok provides firm support and can be shaped to your needs. The buckwheat hulls easily conforms to the shape of your body. A zippered opening allows for removal of some of the hulls to make it less firm.
