In terms of service every thing went well and the iron survived shipping, so when it comes to the iron, I've only used it once so far, do to a lack of thought or time. But so far I like it and I'm happy, so if any thing changes I'll let you know. Like I said, "so far so good."

This looks and sounds like a CHI, but read the fine print! This is most likely NOT the brand you are looking for. You'd find something better at Wal*Mart.
The "chi" on this hair straightener stands for "Ceramic Hair Straightener." The Chi on the market that everyone loves is a Farouk Chi. This is NOT the same thing. There is no temperature control or automatic shutoff. My $17.00 Remington hair straightener from Wal*Mart does a much better job at straightening my hair.
Don't be fooled by the great price! This is NOT what you are looking for!

The item was not delivered. The apt number 111 was left off the address, I have tried to call UPS, Amazon and the seller and emailed the apt number and still my daughter has not received the item.

I've been looking for a good but inexpensive flat iron for a while now and I was very pleased with this one. I spent over one-hundred dollars on my previous iron and it broke after two years. This one does not heat up as quickly as my other iron but it still works wonders on straightening and curling. After all, it is a Chi.
