I purchased and installed a number of Leviton QuickPort decorator faceplates for our room remodel. Price is nice, shipping is quick, product performs with Leviton inserts for Phone, Computer Network ports, Stereo Speaker jacks. I used the largest electrical box (4-1/8 x 4-1/8") possible with 3/4" ENT ( plastic conduit) to route wires to the jack from the outside eves where we have access to the utility line runs.
Things get very "tight" with all the wires entering into such a small space, not to mention the wire pull through the conduit. The face plates are solid plastic, and I did not like the way the plaster ears deform when screwed down. I would prefer a metal screw mount frame to hold the plastic face plate.
It would be helpful to color dot code or have a "label space" on the jack front to identify the difference between multi phone jacks for phone line 1, 2 and which one is the Cat-5 network port.
All in all, the product does work and provides a nice finish look, with changeable options for the future.

Well, not much to say other than there isn't a whole lot of competition out there. I remodeled my home with Leviton switches, plugs, wall plates, CAT5e quick ports, etc. I did use more expensive stainless steel wall plates from the Expo in my kitchen to match the appliances. In hindsight, I should of settled for the cheapest.
