Product Description Ideal for home or home office printer sharing, the HL-2070N is an affordable monochrome laser printer. Offering the same footprint, print speed and paper capacity as the HL-2040, the HL-2070N also features a built-in Ethernet network interface that enables it to easily connect to your wired or wireless router.

WOULDNT BUY AGAIN September 23, 2008 Felicia Mcallister (Mobile, AL) My printer is only 7 months old and gets moderate use. I paid $89.99 for it and it now needs a new drum which costs $116.00. It consistently calls for paper, however paper is in the tray. I would not recommend this product or buy a Brother again.
Solid Workhorse September 2, 2008 Wilbur (Minneapolis, MN USA) Has been a solid performer for me for 18 months. Seems to use toner at a reasonable rate - I buy the recycled ones from Office Depot without a problem. As with most network printers, the web interface to configure it can be slow and limiting, and counter intuitive (hardware makers don't usually make good software, and vice versa) but once I got it set up I've not really had to worry about it. First page out in under 10 seconds, good quality, speed as sold. Connected via ethernet to a switch with no issues at all.
Can crash - turn off and on to reboot August 29, 2008 Pen Name Printer works fine for me -printing things. My only complaint is every few months print jobs don't do through, and I have to turn the printer off and on again. Then it will print my jobs. There aren't any firmware updates from what tech support told me. Using it with Mac OS 10.4.11
Good Printer August 13, 2008 RB (san francsico) Love this printer. Great for basic B&W prints. Good price for a laser printer! Also, good aftermarket toner to be found for this printer.
Network Printer + Wireless Router = Perfect August 13, 2008 myoho guy (Northern California USA) There have been tons of glowing reviews for this printer, and I have to report that after a year of owning it, I completely agree with them. I was a little slow in getting it configured so we could print from PC and a Mac laptops because it took a little time (it took longer to configure the PC; not a surprise) and trial and error. Here's a quick PRO and CON list: PROS - Prints fast, relatively small footprint, good print quality CONS - A little on the noisy side, but I've heard much worse
