Dissapointed August 31, 2008 Lexx (United States) 0 out of 1 found this review helpful
Very cleverly designed. The adjustable headpieces are a nice touch (but on mine one of the ear pieces was so stiff that it was useless). Then you get a travel case that it fits neatly into and a usb convertor. All that though is irrelevant if the unit does not work properly. Sound quality was very poor and when used with a voice chat application you can turn the volume on the pc and headset way up to max and barely hear anyone. I've normally been quite happy with Logitech, so I was very dissapointed with these.
Ideal portable headset. August 27, 2008 Concise Networks, LLC (Dayton, Ohio, USA) 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
I travel abroad quite a bit and needed a compact high quailty headset for Skype. I can only second the good things other reviewers have said about this product. It fits comfortably for long conversations or just listening to tunes, and packs well in its included hard case. It includes both USB and 3.5mm interfaces. The cable is about 6' long. Checked luggage seems to get misdirected more often these days. This is small and light enough to go in my carry-on bag. -Greg.
works like a charm August 15, 2008 Nicholas Parimore The product surprised me a bit, as i had never used a horizontal headset. Going around the sides of my head feels weird, but I got used to it. The microphone and headset quality is acceptable for most tasks, although i use a bulkier Logitech set for watching movies and other things requiring the highest quality. That bigger Logitech set and almost every other didn't work on all my apps on Vista, but this new one works fine. The reason is that it uses a microphone and headset jack, instead of usb. Almost everything supports those, so its great for gaming, voice calls, etc. Overall, definitely worth the pittance i paid for it. ;)
Solid Headset/Good for Dictation August 12, 2008 G. Streib (Atlanta, Georgia United States) I was pleased with this headset, which I use for dictation with Dragon NaturallySpeaking. The headset itself is solid, and the behind-the-head feature was a selling point for me. It lives up to my expectations in this area. The dictation performance has been good, and I see no reason why this product would not also a good for Internet chatting or phone calls. Of course, this headset also folds to a small size, and it comes with a sturdy plastic box. I have not used it for travel, but I probably will. I gave this product four stars -- for very good. It did not amaze me, but I am very happy with my purchase.
Great Headset August 7, 2008 Benjamin Ly 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
The Good stuff: This is great headset. I have tried the headset with skype and my company soft phone...it works great. I have also made calls to work, home, other cell phones and have no issues. Listening to streaming music is also great too. Comfort: I can keep it on all day long at work. No discomfort at all. The so so bad stuff: The case is rather big, however, there is barely any headsets out there that actually has a case. Very useful when traveling. The volume has to be adjusted a little higher versus the plantronics headsets. I like it that way so I don't get caught off guard by the windows beep or outlook alarms.
