Purchased this to replace my broken AC adapter for my laptop. It works exactly as it should. Other than the sticker and the fact that it doesn't get as hot as my Dell adapter - it is indistinguishable from my factory AC adapter.
Note: Make sure you order the correct adapter. (I've read a lot of reviews from people who don't order the right adapter and then complain when it doesn't work)

THIS CHARGER MAKES MY MOUSE GO CRAZY, AND I CAN NOT WORK WHILE IT CHARGES. IT ALSO GETS VERY VERY HOT. DO NOT BUY THIS ITEM

A few problems with this product:
1. Most importantly, it did not work. I tried it in 2 different Dell Latitude D600 computers - it fit into the computer but did not supply any power to it.
2. No invoice, packing slip, or any other paperwork was included with the shipment so it was a pain to try and email the company to find out where to send it back and what kind of documentation would be required.
3. The replacement cord is a cheap and very light-weight replacement for the one that dell sells so even if it had worked I would have been somewhat disappointed.
This may not usually happen with this company - I'm not sure. But I'm still waiting on a response from them regarding reimbursement for my purchase. Too much of a hassle. Be careful if you are considering buying this product!
