Amazon has this phone pictured as coming with an extra handset, however if you get it from J&R it only comes with one phone. When I contacted J&R about it(thinking they had not sent the other phone) they have offered to send me another phone at no charge to me! Amazing! I will be reccommending them to everyone I know, and I will absolutely be buying from them in the future. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE

Found this Phone on Epinion.com where it is advertised as being a 2 phone item. it is listed as Verizon communications ( T1960VE4-A ) 1.9 GHZ Twin 1 line cordless phone. picture shows the phone i got and the second satalite station and states 2 phone use only 1 phone jack. i clicked at Amazon see it errow and got to amazon where i ordered the phone and was short changed with sending only one phone.
This review must reflect badly on the Company namely J&R Music World Computer World.The half product works great.
