Great product for the price... November 19, 2008 Dean W. Wilkey (New Mexico) I have been using this remote for about two months now and have had no problems. It works well and was a great price. It is a bit light in construction, but with care (I only use it in a studio setting) it will probably last for quite a while. I'm not sure how it would do being thrown into a bag a beat around a bit.
Great release for the price!!! November 15, 2008 W. Hanney (Midwest) Just got this release, and it arrived about 5 days sooner that the estimated arrival date!!! Hooked it up to my D300 and it works great, the fit onto the pin terminal was a little tight but this is the first release I have fitted to the new camera. Works just like the shutter with half and full depression features working. The sliding lock feature seems a little cheap but I dont ever use that. Should do the job just fine.
Broke on the first use! October 28, 2008 MrParts I couldn't believe it worked for two or three photos and died. The wires fell right out of it! What do I expect for chinese made garbage?!
Shutter release for D200 Nikon October 18, 2008 Russ (Minnesota) The release seemed to work exactly as expected, and considering OEM's price for a like device it was also a fine bargin.
Cheap but works very well October 15, 2008 Harry S (Westchester, NY) If all you need is the electronic equivalent of the old, film cable release, this is it!! Works fine. Lock in place works fine. It's light and relatively small. Great value! Works well on my D300.
