The SPECO WH-927 Weatherproof Housing for CVC-927PTZ enables your dome camera to be mounted on the wall. Constructed of aluminum, steel and ABS (Acrylonitrile Butadiene Styrene) plastic, this unit has an acrylic dome bubble and polyester powder-coat finish. The IH-927 has a sleek design and meets international standards for IP65 protection. The IP65 (Ingress Protection) rating means this unit has a protection level of six against solid-body ingress, and a protection level of five against the ingress of water. Six is the top protection level against solid bodies, meaning the 290B is certified dust proof. A protection level of five against water ingress means this unit will protect your camera even against strong water jets coming from any direction. This housing unit includes a built-in sunshield to protect from glare, and allows the camera to operate in temperatures ranging from -45 to 50 degrees Celsius thanks to a built-in heater and blower. Operating on 24-volts AC power, the IH-927 indoor housing provides 50-watts to its heater, six-watts to its blower, and 20-watts to the camera.
