I have the large Messenger - but I am sure the small is the same high quality.
Woooooooooow saw this in a retail shop and ordered onleine - less expensive, ya know.
This bag is sssssssoooooo well made - Will replace my roll on carry on bag from Samsonite. The Samsonite bag weighed 13 lbs before I put anything in it and this one holds more than the Samsonite! Well padded compartments. There must be 20 compartments big and small. Holds laptop quite well. This is it. Look no more!

Good fit for D70S and Tamron 17-50mm lens. NOT large enough for a D300, mounted battery grip, and 70-200 VR lens.
Room for carrying files to and from the office, or a 15" laptop.
Easy access to the camera w/o having to open the velcro straps and overall buckles.
Recommended.

I received my Tenba small bag a week ago and fell in love with it instantly. After my uncle showed his large bag off when I visited family, I knew it would be just right. You can fit quite a bit of camera equipment in it and store a laptop as well, along with all sorts of knickknacks.
My only beef with the small bag is that it doesn't really have many organizing features in the pockets for, example, keeping memory cards or chords organized or separated. My last bag had this feature and it's kind of hard to have a lot of the little important things floating around in a pocket or two.
Otherwise, an awesome choice!

I'm a pro photographer, and we're worse than women when it comes to bags. Depending on the job, we need small, big, wide, narrow, you name it. I've spent years looking for a bag that could do double duty as a camera bag and shoulder bag/briefcase. This is the closest I've found. The best feature for me is a totally removable insert. This has velcro adjustable dividers for gear. Like the rest of the interior it is a sand color for easier viewing. You can pull the entire insert to make it a conventional shoulder briefcase. For general use I leave the insert in place but remove the dividers as this helps the bag maintain its shape. There are large velcro strips on the front of the bag that grab the top flap without the need to use the latches. This velcro is very loud when you open the bag however. There are plenty of compartments large and small. It will take you about a week to finalize the location of glasses, ipods, phones, etc. My only complaint is the size. Mine is the smaller model for 15" laptops. Since I carry my laptop in its own case I don't need this size. I would like to see a third size just long enough to hold file folders.

Works very nicely. Two things that would make it better. A better pocket for memory cards. A little larger at the top because I have a battery grip on my dSLR.
