Had some problems interpreting the website, and deciding what Pathmaker to buy. Must be rated to suit the engine starter load, and not just the expected charging amperage. The 100 amp is rated to 400 amps non-continuous starting load-not enough for a big RV diesel engine. I needed the 250 amp model which can supply up to 2,000 amps short term for crossover engine starting. This is not stated well on their website. The correct Pathmaker was received and installed, and appears to work very well
Some of the Heart technical help people were knowledgeable and very helpful-others were not competent.
