Works great November 23, 2008 A. F. (Elk Grove, CA USA) 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
It works really well and I have it clipped to my visor. People hear me really well, as if I'm talking on the phone it self. The only downfall is that I have a wire that dangles from the unit to the visor but on the positive side, it has a really long cord that you can hand the mic to someone in the back seat and that way everyone can hear the conversation like when you go out with friends or have family calling the grandparents. I recommend it. Also, remember if you visit California, you need hands free otherwise using a cell phone will get you pulled over.
Didn't work in my vehicle October 15, 2008 D. Zimmer (Southern New Jersey) 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
This mic works but almost everyone I talked to said it sounded worse than using the built in mic.
Works as stated, one flaw September 30, 2008 Richard M. Vercoe (Clochester, Vermont United States) 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
This item works as stated. I understood the limitations with any microphone used in an area where other noises can also be picked up. In using this device when having conversations with others they stated it was as clear as my phones external mic. My only complaint is the mounting clips use a ball which snaps into a very weak socket. The slightest movement of the visor causes it to fall off the clip. Normal driving it stays in place most of the time. Like all electronics, it's over priced for what it is. Maybe a government bail out would help (just kidding)
Don't waste your money September 9, 2008 Marcia Staley Olsen (Berkeley, CA USA) 1 out of 3 found this review helpful
Product is absolutely worthless. People complained that they barely could hear me. To be fair, I paired with a verizon LG 8350 and that could be part of the problem. Had better luck with the Blue ANT product.
Good sound quality August 13, 2008 Robin Gadget (MS, USA) 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
This product is great for the hands free cell phone user. The sound quality of the calls is much clearer and it helps block out traffic noise.
