Album Description Forty-one minutes of Spirit, Tradition, and Motivation! Here is the newest collection of Navy Running Cadences. In the motivatng oral tradition of military cadences, each caller employs his own distinct style and lyrics. This collection reflects that rich, informal, diversity... each cadence wonderfully unique.

| Customer Reviews:
good if you like Navy and want to try running to cadence January 29, 2008 I agree with the other reviewer J.Scott that the quality of this CD is not great, but these Run to Cadence CDs put out by militaryrecordingsDOTcom are supposedly authentic recordings of PT sessions, so I'm actually surprised they aren't worse. The recording quality on this CD is a little better than on US Navy volume 1, but as J.Scott says, everyone is a little out of breath and some of the callers scream.
Still, if you want to try running to cadence and you are pro-Navy for whatever reason, I think you will enjoy this. (But check out the Navy SEALs CD, too).
Weak and Tired! October 27, 2007 I was hoping that this would be a great motiviation tool for running but it turns out to be just the opposite. The recording quality is shabby at best. Not to mention the fact that there is no consistency. The tracks are not made from one group during a PT session, but from different groups with different paces on each track. Ridiculous! The cadence callers seemed eager yet inexperienced and thir lack of rhythm and endurance was evident as most seemed out of breath to begin with (screaming at the tops of their lungs....not sounding off)! One would be better off trying a Marine cadence or Navy Seals instead.
