Very descriptive, excellent pictures, I only wish we had a local waterway or a pool to swim in to put the entire book to good use.

I am going into the Police Academy later this year, and I have to say, this is the best workout program hands down! I have tried everything I could get my hands on, and everything seems to failed me. I than thought about the rigourous law enforcement training and armed forces training many men and women receive, and I realised that they have the highest standards out there. And that you needed to be in the best shape of your life to complete those physical requirements. When I bought this book (I got it in eBook format fromt he authors site), I was expecting a half a**ed written book like the countless other books I half read. Not this!

It gives you a little description on the Navy SEAL training and life. Than it has several good pages of photo's a workout descriptions including warm ups. Than at last, he gives you a graph for everyday for the 12 weeks that you need to get into proper shape for the BUD program in the SEALS(which is really intense). I was aching all over after I started this program, but it REALLY works. I lost a lot of weight and got into the best shape of my life.

Of course, I started with his 45 day begininer training eBook, before I jumped into this one. Even at the start, this book is hard core, so be prepared.

The Complete Guide to Navy Seal Fitness, lays out a very organized and effective workout plan that will help you get into fantastic shape. If you're planning on training for BUD/s or you just want to be in rock hard shape, this book/dvd combo will get you there!
