I love these phones! September 4, 2008 J. Brull (NE Wisconsin) My phones just came today, but after they were set up, there was enough charge in them to try them out. First, they have great reception and are easy to use. I have cable telephone service and there is no conflict. I haven't read the book yet, so haven't set up any of the special features. I am disabled and especially like the pager and intercom since I often need help, and it is so nice to just press the button to talk to another room. The price was very reasonable, so it will be no problem to order another if needed. Thanks again. Follow up: After I got all the features set up, I was even more impressed with this phone. I programmed all 50 names in the first phonebook, and it was so easy to automatically transfer all 50 to the other two phones, one phone at a time. The next day I ordered another handset with charger, charged it up, easily registered it to the base, and auto sent the phonebook. So easy to follow the instructions. Very happy with purchases.
This is my second set of Panasonic phones that doesn't work September 3, 2008 J Simpson (Larchmont, NY United States) I've long relied on Panasonic phones, but the last two sets (within a year!) have been a complete bust. This one just drops out calls all the time! I will have to switch to a new system--these just aren't reliable anymore. I don't know what's happened to their quality control.
Excellent Value - Eazy to Use September 3, 2008 Tom Johnsson (Montreal, Canada) Easy to set-up. Easy to use. Rechargeable AAA batteries are easier and more economical to replace than the specialized batteries that are used in many competitive phones. My only suggestion for an improvement is that the highest volume setting could be one setting higher for the hearing impaired. This is an excellent product at an excellent price.
Great phones September 3, 2008 R. Willoughby (San Deigo, CA) These phones are great! I have no interference, can walk all over my house, and find these phones easy to use. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a quality phone at a great price.
Panasonic three-handset unit September 2, 2008 K. Lotter (Wellsville, NY) I was glad that the unit was expandable, but I found that it was slightly inferior to the VTech 6.0 three-handset unit. The VTech is more user-friendly, has a nicer "feel" to the handsets, and the voice prompts are superior. I ended up returning the Panasonic unit and buying the VTech from Amazon.
