stands up to abuse October 3, 2008 Christopher V. Wise I read a bunch of reviews from all sorts of folks who seem to know what they were talking about on this product but they left out something. It's rugged. I've put my drive through the ringer; front pocket, back pocket, lost it under my feet while driving and eventually found it in the back seat. And that little switch/slide that brings in and hides that insertable piece, is perfect for the guy who loses those little caps like bread ties. Beyond that, it's a drive. It holds a tons of songs, e-books and videos, and is slim enough to fit between all those other slot takers. Chris
Outstanding Product October 1, 2008 Jose L. Lopez (Tustin, Ca) 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
I originally bought this devise for my brother's photography class and it has come through with outstanding result. It holds lots of photos, short movies, and files that are important for my brother's class. In short, it's a little device with lots of memory and small price.
Best flash drive I own! September 30, 2008 Mister V (New York, USA) 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
This is the fourth flash drive I own and it is definitely the best. 8 GB offers plenty of storage space. The drive itself is compact, sleek and with the extendable/collapsable USB port, there is no worrying about losing the cap. The drive loads, saves, and ejects quickly. Also, a great advantage is that there are no unnecessary programs on the jump drive (like the Sandisk MicroCruzer) to waste space; there is omly 8 GB of memory waiting to be filled up! Kingston is reliable and this product doesn't disappoint; At $27 and change, this is a great product for a great price!
Large capacity but cheaper price September 30, 2008 C. TANG (Walnut, CA) 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
I bought two DT100/8GB Data Traveler USB 2 drives for myself and my daughter for her video project from school. No complaint. We all like the design without a cap that will be lost eventually. The speed for playing video clips and audio files are good, too. And this is the name you can trust: Kingston.
Good storage, good mobility, concise size September 30, 2008 UsedToLoveH.E.R. 0 out of 1 found this review helpful
This USB drive gets 5 stars from me because: 1. 8GB is a great capacity for my needs. 2. It's easy to move around due to its size and retracting feature. 3. It has no pre-loaded software and has been reliable so far. That's pretty much all I can ask for from a USB drive.
