Good Buy September 26, 2008 Jeremy Kintigh (Las Vegas, NV) 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
Seems like a good deal... The card reader ports are a little tough to get the correct angle for the card to mate properly... Besides that, very functional, very easy, came with all necessart cords.
Not as advertised September 21, 2008 Susan Donovan 0 out of 2 found this review helpful
I needed a card reader for a Smart Media 64 mb card and this one, though advertised for 19 cards, didn't include the specific one I had asked about. Sent the product back for full refund. It shouldn't have been advertised to include something that it didn't do!!!
Easy to use September 17, 2008 Judy Zdzinnicki (Lincoln Park, MI USA) Wonderful card reader and all my different media cards are quickly and easily read and downloaded to computer.
Great card reader September 17, 2008 Noah (Los Angeles / Pasadena, CA USA) Despite the unnecessary outer sliding shell, this is a great card reader. The short USB connector seemed to be an odd design, but I found it quite nice to not have 3 feet of cord to wrap up and put in my laptop bag. I have the included extension cable in place so I can easily plug this into my desktop computer if I need it there.
Works perfectly and super fast September 11, 2008 D. Irvine I bought this to speed up image file transfers from my older USB 1 digi camera and it worked perfectly. The transfer speed of USB2 vs 1 is so much faster, what used to take several minutes, happens in seconds now. I like that this reader supports many kinds of cards so it is flexible for future devices I may get. It worked flawlessly out of the box with no set up pains. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is the blue led light on the top is a bit bright for me. When the lights are off in the room, it is almost a nightlight which I guess could be good for some but not for me.
